Charlie Anderson

Charlie Anderson has worked in Catholic education within the Diocese of Westminster for 25 years. He joined The Saint John Henry Newman Catholic School in 1999 as a Physics teacher. Charlie has held roles including Subject Leader, Pastoral leader, Director of Sixth Form, Pupil Premium Champion, Assistant Headteacher and most recently Deputy Headteacher. As a Deputy Headteacher, Charlie oversaw Standards and Operations. He holds a Masters Degree in Leading Teaching and Learning and recently completed his NPQH. Charlie is passionate about improving the educational experience and life chances of all students in the Trust. 

From September 2023, Charlie joined the central team and serves as the Director of Secondary Improvement and leads on Initial Teacher Training, Research and Development.
