Ciara Nicholson

Ciara Nicholson has worked in Catholic education within the Diocese of Westminster for eighteen years. She joined The Diocese of Westminster Academy Trust in 2016 as the Headteacher of Our Lady Catholic Primary School and served as a Headteacher at the school for six years. Ciara has been involved with school leadership and governance for fourteen years and was formerly a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator for a period of six years.  

From September 2022, Ciara joined the central team and serves as the Director of Primary Improvement, the Special Educational Needs and Safeguarding Lead, and the lead for staff development.
